At La French, we strive for your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
